NAUS.org NAUS is the only military affiliated association whose membership is open to the entire military/veteran family — Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, USPHS and NOAA, Guard & Reserve. NAUS serves all ranks and grades and represents a broad spectrum of interests.
